What to Expect
Before the Reflect
The week of April 13th, you'll receive your physical activation kit in the mail.
It's intentional prep so that when you log in on event day, you're not consuming ideas, you're applying them.
Day-Of
We start "late" so you have time to knock out anything that popped up overnight & put everything else in the parking lot till Monday!
Morning-of, you'll:
- Open your activation kit
- Brew your custom coffee blend
- Log into a custom online event space (not Zoom)

- A focused opening keynote to frame the work ahead
- Curated high-impact sessions from the Grow Retreat
- Live chat interactions
- Implementation exercises

This is a fully-produced event with exclusive vault content, delivered in the comfort of your own space.
After the Reflect
Just because the livestream is over doesn't mean your support is.
Your notetaking guide includes six weeks of implementation checkpoints so you can track progress and momentum. You'll also receive short follow-up emails (quick reminders, nudges, and additional resources) during that timeframe to keep you moving.

The Reflect uses "Capacity-Based Pricing" for two reasons:
- As seats fill, activation kits are committed. If we have to rush order more items, it costs more.
- More importantly, we don't want to be another "need to decide… later" thing on your To Do list.
We get how your brain works.
